Chirbet: Ladies and gentlemen we are witnessing
an exciting showcase of the colorful and vibrant
festivals in Cagayan. These festivals reflect the
unique traditions and customs of the Cagayano
people.
Bryan: Through this dance, we were able to give
you a glimpse of the beauty and diversity of our
local festivals, and share with you the joy and
excitement that they bring to our communities.
(As the dance proceeds, BRYAN and CHIRBET
begin to introduce the guests)

Chirbet: We now welcome our highly esteemed
University President, Dr. Urdujah G. Alvarado.
BRYAN: We are privileged to have with us
Honorable Representative from the 3rd District of
Cagayan, Mr. Joseph "Jojo" L. Lara.
BRYAN: Joining us as well is Fr. Ranhilio C.
Aquino, Emeritus Professor at Cagayan State
University, and Dean of the Graduate School of
Law, San Beda University.
CHIRBET: It's an honor to have with us our
distinguished senator Honorable Win
Gatchalian.

our 5000 students from our Basic PE classes,
moving in unison to create a beautiful and
captivating display as they perform the welcome
dance!

Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. This is
BRYAN.
CHIRBET: And this is CHIRBET. We are your
Masters of Ceremonies for this morning’s
momentous celebration.
Invocation
and Hymns
BRYAN: As we gather here today, we
commemorate 45 years of wisdom, learning, and
achievement at the Cagayan State University.
We're here to celebrate our Sapphire Anniversary,
marking a journey that shines with the brilliance of
sapphire, a symbol of wisdom, loyalty, and
nobility.
CHIRBET: Today, we pay tribute not just to the
years that have passed, but to every individual
who has been a part of this esteemed institution's
journey. To start this occasion, let us all rise for
the singing of our hymns and the invocation.
(Everyone rises.)
BRYAN: Let us lend our voices to our beloved
hymns and reflect upon our shared purpose in
silence during the invocation.
The Philippine National Anthem will be led
Romuald La Madrid, a CSU employee, and the
CSU Hymn will be performed by the CSU Boys’
Choir
(The hymns are sung and the invocation is
delivered. Afterward, everyone takes their seats.)
BRYAN: As we gather in the spirit of unity, let us
again welcome our university officials,
distinguished guests, and visitors.

CHIRBET: We're privileged to have with us a man
who has devoted countless efforts to enhance the
infrastructure of our beloved institution. His
dedication and hard work have led to numerous
developments, including the ongoing construction
of the campus dormitory at Carig and the
impressive CSU Solana Campus.
BRYAN: Ladies and gentlemen, it is an honor to
welcome a stalwart supporter and advocate for
education and progress, a man whose dedication

to Cagayan State University is manifested in every
brick and mortar of the buildings he has helped
bring to life. To deliver his welcome remarks, join

CHIRBET: Thank you Congressman Lara.
Moving on, no one could be more excited to
celebrate this milestone than she is. Ladies and
gentlemen, it is our honor to introduce our
esteemed University President, Dr. Urdujah
Alvarado, who has brought CSU to greater
heights of excellence in education, research and
community service. The University President will
now deliver the Opening Remarks.

Ranhilio C. Aquino, Emeritus Professor at
Cagayan State University and Dean of the

Chirbet: At this point, we shall now launch the
Scholarship Program of Senator Win Gatchalian.
This is a significant and commendable initiative
that aims to provide educational opportunities to
deserving students.
Senator Win Gatchalian’s commitment to
advocating for education and empowering the
youth is truly admirable, and this scholarship
program is a testament to his dedication to this
cause.
Bryan: We are honored to be part of this
launching and we look forward to seeing the
positive impact that this scholarship program will
have on the lives of our scholars.

CHIRBET: Indeed, Bryan. Our heartfelt gratitude

belief in the mission of Cagayan State University
has played a significant role in bringing us to
where we are today.

Ceremony
BRYAN: And now, a symbol of unveiling new
opportunities and insights, we will proceed with
the cutting of the ribbon for the Sarabo Product
Display and RDE Techno Exhibit.
We are delighted to showcase exciting exhibits
that highlight the university's commitment to
research and innovation. We have the Sarabo
Product Display, which features the latest
products developed by the university's faculty
and students. These products showcase the
practical applications of the university's research
and expertise, and demonstrate how our
institution is contributing to the advancement of
various industries.
Chirbet: That is right, Bryan. We have the RDE
Techno Exhibit, which showcases the cutting-
edge research and technologies developed by
the university's Research and Development
(R&D) team. This exhibit highlights the
university's commitment to pushing the
boundaries of knowledge and finding innovative
solutions to the challenges facing our society.
We are honored to have the Honorable Senator
Win Gatchalian, University President Dr. Urdujah
Alvarado, and all our VIP guests to do the honors.

BRYAN: Thank you for that momentous gesture.
The exhibition is now officially open for everyone
to explore and appreciate.

see for yourselves the exciting innovations that

commitment to progress and innovation.

and discover the latest breakthroughs in
research and innovation.

CHIRBET: And now, as we move into the final
phase of the Opening Program of our Sapphire
Celebration, let us not just enjoy the feast set
before us, but let us also savor the unity,
camaraderie, and shared aspirations that have
brought us together today.
BRYAN: To everyone here, we thank you for
being a part of this memorable journey. Here's to
another 45 years of excellence, wisdom, and
unwavering dedication at Cagayan State
University.
CHIRBET: May we all continue to shine with the
brilliance of sapphire, illuminating the path for

gentlemen, the Anniversary Banquet is now

BRYAN: We invite our VIPs to proceed to the
dining hall at the Administration building. For all
other guests, we have several food stations here
at the Read Eagle Gymnasium. Let us enjoy the

CHIRBET: The much-awaited President’s Night
will be held tonight at 6 pm at the Red Eagle
Gymnasium. We invite all guest to join us for an
evening of celebration and entertainment as we
honor and recognize the achievements of our
