It advocates that agencies start presentations with the agreed upon creative brief to provide necessary context before presenting ideas. Agencies should tell a story that bridges the brief to the final idea, giving clients a complete understanding. The document also provides models for properly evaluating ideas and ensuring collaborative discussions between agencies and clients.

This document summarizes the key findings of a study conducted by Newsworks and PwC on attention to different media types. The study found that traditional print and broadcast media receive more focused attention from consumers compared to digital media. Specifically, newspaper readers were more likely to regularly set time aside for newspapers, feel personally connected to them, and trust their content more than most other media. The sustained attention received made newspaper readers more likely to discuss issues they read about and be influenced regarding purchases. Overall, the study showed that traditional media with higher attention levels can have a more powerful impact on consumers than digital media with less focused attention.

Network effects. It’s one of the most important concepts for business in general and especially for tech businesses, as it’s the key dynamic behind many successful software-based companies. Understanding network effects not only helps build better products, but it helps build moats and protect software companies against competitors’ eating away at their margins.
Yet what IS a network effect? How do we untangle the nuances of 'network effects' with 'marketplaces' and 'platforms'? What’s the difference between network effects, virality, supply-side economies of scale? And how do we know a company has network effects?
Most importantly, what questions can entrepreneurs and product managers ask to counter the wishful thinking and sometimes faulty assumption behind the belief that “if we build it, they will come” … and instead go about more deterministically creating network effects in their business? Because it's not a winner-take-all market by accident.

Short-Tail Keywords:
Short-tail keywords are brief and general search queries, typically consisting of one or two words. These keywords usually have high search volumes and competition. For example, "digital marketing" or "best headphones" are short-tail keywords. They are broader in scope and can be more challenging to rank for due to their popularity.
Long-Tail Keywords:
Long-tail keywords are longer and more specific phrases that visitors are more likely to use when they're closer to a point-of-purchase or when using voice search.
